The apartment price includes:
- the apartment unit with standard equipment
- balconies, terraces
- a share in the common areas and the parcel
Apartment prices include VAT.
A garage parking space is not included in the price.
The price of a garage parking space is CZK 150,000 with VAT.
Cellars are included in the apartment price.

Payment schedule:
- Reservation fee (included in purchase price): CZK 100,000
- 15% of the purchase price + VAT upon signing the Agreement for a Future Contract
- 35% of the purchase price within 10 days of delivery of the notice of completion of basic construction
- 20% of the purchase price within 10 days of delivery of the notice of completion of rough coat interior plaster
- 20% of the purchase price within 10 days of delivery of the notice of the final building inspection procedure
- 10% of the purchase price within 20 days of delivery of the notice that a descriptive number has been granted
The payment schedule may be modified to take into account the needs of individual clients. |
